WHY A SMALL WEDDING in nebraska?

Your wedding is so much more than an event. It's the start of your next chapter with the person you love. It's easy to let the stress of event planning overshadow what a wedding is actually about — which is why I love working with couples planning small, intentional weddings in Nebraska with the people they love most.

Smaller weddings give you room to breathe. You get to have real conversations with your guests, stay present instead of managing a room, and create a day that actually feels like you — not a performance for a crowd. As a documentary wedding photographer, my job on that day is simple: stay out of the way and capture what's true, so those unscripted, once moments are the ones you get to keep.

I believe a wedding day is sacred — a covenant made before God and the people who love you most, not a show for social media. My faith shapes how I photograph: unhurried, attentive, and quick to notice the quiet moments most people miss. Your wedding isn't about impressing anyone.
